Jade Global Investments, Ltd (JILD) and Vintage Homes Korea Co., Ltd (VHKC) have recently entered
into a joint venture and will operate under the special purpose company, Seoul Jade Global Investments, Ltd. The need for the Joint
Venture is as a result of the ever increasing demand in the following areas of the dynamic Seoul residential and commercial real estate markets:
affordable housing for young professionals (officetel and condotel), hotel/hospitality/retail facilities near the KINTEX convention center (4th largest
convention center in all of Asia), senior housing for the ageing population, and finally the development of American/Western style townhomes for
middle income family buyers. Many opportunities exist in the areas mentioned above and Seoul Jade Global Investments, Ltd will look
to capitalize on them through the specific talents and strengths that all of the directors posses.
